Returns Policy Definitions

If you need clarification on whether an item is made-to-order or a standard stock item, don’t hesitate to contact us.

We are happy to provide you with the necessary information about the product and its return policy.

Made-to-Order Items:
Products with bespoke requirements such as colour, size, lock type, or style fall under this category. These items are customized to your specifications and are non-returnable unless damaged and cannot be repaired (please see ‘Eligibility for Returns’ section).

Standard Stock Items:
Typically, these items can be delivered within 24 hours. However, delivery times may vary based on location and availability. These products are usually marked as ‘stock items’ in their title or description.

Eligibility for Returns

Made-to-Order Items:

We can only accept returns for made-to-order items if:

• The product is damaged and we are unable to repair the damage within a reasonable timeframe (the length of standard manufacturing).

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition, including all packaging and accessories. Photographic evidence of damage may be required for return approval.

Standard Stock Items:
For standard stock items, the product must be unused and in the same condition as received, with all original packaging and accessories intact. We reserve the right to deny a refund or exchange if the item is not returned in its original condition.

Timeframes & Instructions for Returns and Cancellations

If the delivery driver is still present when you receive damaged or incorrect goods, please reject the items and take a photo before the driver leaves. Report the issue to our office immediately so we can arrange a replacement or refund (solutions is dependent on the situations – please see ‘Eligibility for Returns’ section).

Upon receiving the returned product and confirming the damage or manufacturing error, we will issue a refund or exchange as per your preference.

Made-to-Order Items:
Contact us immediately if you receive a damaged or incorrect product at sales@lockers3000.com or 01772 322 711 within 5 days of delivery. Reporting issues after 5 days complicates resolution, so prompt inspection is recommended.

Cancellations for bespoke made-to-order items must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order. Submit a written cancellation request to sales@lockers3000.com and follow up with a call to 01772 322 711 to ensure receipt. Cancellations outside this window may incur fees or other conditions.

Standard Stock Items:
You have the right to cancel your order and return standard stock items within 14 days of receipt, in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. Notify us via email at sales@lockers3000.com within 14 days to receive return instructions.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Use a recorded delivery service and provide tracking details to confirm the item’s return. Take a photo of the item before shipping to document its condition.
